Is there a setup fee for hosting?
No. Hosting, VPS and email plans have no setup fee. Domain registration is charged at the listed yearly price.
What happens when my plan renews?
You receive a reminder before every renewal. Renewal prices are listed on this page — we do not use surprise renewal pricing.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up any hosting or VPS tier at any time, and we only charge the difference for the remaining period.
Do you offer refunds?
Hosting and VPS plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations and completed development work are non-refundable.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. UK VAT is added at checkout if your business is VAT registered.
