How quickly can you start?
Most projects start within 2–5 working days of an approved quote. Hosting, domains and email can usually be set up the same day.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We are a UK-registered company but work with clients internationally, remotely and in English.
Can you take over a site from another agency or host?
Yes. We handle the migration, copy the data, test on staging and switch over with minimal downtime. Migration is free on hosting plans.
Do I own my domain and code?
Always. Domains are registered in your name and code is delivered to you. If you leave, we help you transfer everything.
What are your support hours?
Monitoring runs 24/7. Human support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT, with urgent outage handling outside those hours by arrangement.
How does billing work?
Hosting, servers and support are billed monthly or annually in advance. Development work is quoted per project with a 50% deposit and the balance on delivery.
